Returns & Exchanges
To provide you with a smooth return process, we encourage you to proceed through the link here.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. We will not honor returns after the 14-day time limit. Please return merchandise with original tags and packaging, unwashed, unused, and without alterations. All exchanges will be processed as a return. Please place a new order online and return the original item to us for a full refund.
All returns or exchanges must be authorized by HARSHMAN. Please note: Clearance Items are not eligible for return or exchange.
You are encouraged to complete your returns via this link. In case you have any issues, you may reach us at customercare@harshmanusa.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, pack the merchandise in the original package if possible and send prepaid and insured to:
When your return is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. HARSHMAN will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company. Most refunds post within 72hrs.
We will only accept returns of items purchased from harshmanusa.com. HARSHMAN items purchased from a 3rd party retailer must be returned through their channels.
